RingCentral Integration
Calling options: Main entry point Or use extension to get to specific person Or give a prompt (1 for lending, 2 for auto loans, etc.) Direct dial (DID) (1500, 1501, 1502) ➝ No routing, direct entry Ability to tag the call you're currently in. Either doing that through Ring Central or being able to do this on Invo platform. Need a way to map our queues to Ring Centrals intents/dispositions Example ➝ Pressing 1 for auto loans needs to be routed to a Invo queue for auto loans Need the ability to transfer calls

NCR ITM/Teller Now Integration
I would love for video/voice calls that are initiated from an NCR ITM to display in the Invo Dashboard. Once the call is answered in the Invo Dashboard, the Agent also has an SSO login with the NCR Teller software. This will enable Video agents to solve all end-user needs while using the Invo Platform.
