I'd like to request that Invo pursue integrating ChatBot with a generative AI model.
In order to keep ChatBot healthy and productive, we have to request hard-coded conversation flows, monitor user reactions to those flows, then rinse/repeat. This requires labor hours for both Invo and their clients, which feels like the antithesis of why we have ChatBot in the first place. :)
By integrating ChatBot with generative AI, the product can become more responsive and capable, leading to higher overall satisfaction in our user base, in turn leading to less traffic overflow hitting our staffed contact centers.
