When staff initially start a new outbound thread, the recipient receives an additional opt-in message from Invo Core, which then marks the message as having received a text from "system", as opposed to the particular agent that initiated the thread. This prevents staff from being able to track their initiated threads, as the automated messages capture the threads and "unassign" them from the agent.
We'd like to request that for text filtering purposes, automated messages are not tracked by the interface.This will ensure that our agents can see all outbound texts, regardless of whether an automated message has been sent to the recipient.
