For initial texts in a thread, an agent will be including a special signature. If they additionally want to include another template – let’s say for loan rates or other static values – they would have to send that in a second separate message, as opposed to having both templates appended to the same message. So in any instance where an employee is planning to include their signature, there would be a conflict if they also would like to include an additional template in any fashion.
