Currently the dashboard view in 4.6 displays 100+ chats that never received a response from the submitter. These "dead chats" are prioritized at the top of the dashboard view. When a new chat is submitted, it gets added to the bottom of the stack.

Suggestion would be the provide functionality to filter out "dead chats" from this dashboard view.
