Invite A Guest does not appear to be available in our 4.6 environment. This feature allows agents to generate and share a link that permits any receiving party the capability to join an active call. Based on current tests, when the guest attempts to join our calls, they are met with a blank white screen, with no audio/video.

If this feature is available in 4.6, we may need assistance ensuring our environment is properly configured for the functionality.
