The auto-assign feature for rooms is currently configured to follow a rotation based on availability—once a room is used and the session is completed; it moves to the end of the queue for future assignments. We would like the ability to either exclude specific rooms from this rotation or set them as a lower priority. This would help us reserve larger rooms for bigger parties or temporarily remove rooms experiencing technical issues, ensuring a smoother experience for both staff and members.
