Invo currently supports document capture through either an on-site document camera or the kiosk user can scan a QR code to take a picture of a document and upload it. Today the agent has to toggle between the two capture channels. I'm requesting that we have these interfaces combined so the kiosk user is presented with both methods simultaneously and can choose which one they prefer with the agent having to dictate which channel is available.
