This system setting is default to 7 business days. This means that some business practices that are set to be followed up on after 10 business days or more get completed before the agent is ready. This could vary between FIs on how they like texts to be completed. This enhancement would allow this to be a configurable setting on the admin side allow us control over when these texts get completed.
